Born and raised in Houston, TX, I have always loved solving problems and finding better ways to get things done. At the University of Houston, I built on this passion by earning dual degrees in Marketing and Management Information Systems. Through my experience as a Customer Experience Manager, I discovered a passion for process improvement and workflow optimization, transforming inefficiencies into faster, more efficient systems. In my free time, you’ll find me reading, knitting, or creating stickers on my Cricut.
