Digital Marketing Campaign

Objective: Alongside a team of 8, create a seasonal staff recruitment campaign via social media. Assess current social media engagement, survey the target audience to ascertain key interaction tactics, and determine the optimal social media posting schedule. Based on said findings, create 4-months’ worth of social media content paired with a content schedule to take advantage of key performance times.
