At the University of Houston, in the course MARK4389: Marketing Strategy & Planning, we were to create a comprehensive marketing plan for a brand of our choosing. I chose to create a marketing plan for Ulta Beauty, featuring a market analysis, SWOT, 5 strategies, and 2-3 tactics per strategy. My plan focused on growth of underdeveloped markets and bolstering Ulta’s online presence.
